WHY WE’RE HERE

We noticed a growing number of people who were looking for an overseas adventure where they could pursue their equine passion and expand their knowledge of horses. The challenge was to get seen in a world where an increasing number of employers required pre-existing ‘Australian’ skills. In additional to this, there were obstacles with securing a job from overseas that was safe, well paid and professional.

At the same time we saw a demand from studs and facilities who needed experienced and reliable horse people who could actually do what they said they can do. Even better, those who were prepped with the basic foundations of Aussie practices and protocol to be able to jump straight in during busy seasons.

From this, Employ Equine has been created.

We specialise in bringing together skilled equestrians with fantastic jobs. We know what Australian employers want and need and spend time training and preparing future workers to fit that criteria.

We make sure employers are hiring people who are capable and verified, legal to work, and there to start on a pre-confirmed date.

WHAT WE OFFER

Our orientation week is educational and offers all the support needed to set travellers up for work abroad. The week is jam-packed with back-to-back horse activities to give a really well-rounded taster and sense of the Australian horse industry.
